fitted the shades to all rear windows after waiting over a month for them but well pleased fit a treat, makes the whole car look more agressive at a fraction of the cost of tinting. :y

I might have to get some of those. :)

How would you go about tightening to the correct torque if there isn't room for the torque wrench?
Do them tight enough ;)

So.. up until they shear off and then back them off half a turn? ;)

Similar to top mounting nut on shocks.20nm iirc. How are you supposed to torgue it up, when you have to hold the two flats on top of the shock with an adjustable or similar ? ::) :-/

Went on our weekly 140 ml round trip to the east coast.
Then did an extra early return home to my pair of already bolted down ramps
So front end up then rear end up on 2 trolley jacks with a pair of axle stands for safety.
Had a feel of the diff temperature and surpriseingly to me after a 65 ml journey the diff was only nicely warm.
Then out with the level plug
And in with the Pela tube to suck out the 100 thousand mile old rather dark brown oil.
Managed to get out just under a ltr in about an hr.
I'm afraid I made a right botch up of getting the new oil in.
I thought the pourer on the 1ltr container should have made it easy.
It was in fact made hard by the 4" built in pouring tube being non flexible
Bad design I thought by Fuchs,a good job I ordered 2 1 ltr containers from Opie Oils so I was able fall back on my B&Q gardening pressure spray tube with success :y :y

No congrats are in order just yet, and I'm not the type of person to ask for them anyway.  :)

Things are moving along, albeit very slowly... I'll put a post up in general discussion when the time is right (actually, I might have to get Albs to do it, becuase I'll be at the hospital and my phone only makes calls and sends texts!! doh!!)  ;D :y

So pulled up in the drive way after returning from work and looked at the smoke coming from the bonnet and watched the coolent running out from underneath the engine.
 :'(

Not happy -  :( :o :-?

Maybe the slight oil leak I thought I had was the start of the water leak running down from the left hand side above the oil filter towards the back of the engine.
Had thought it was going to be the cam gasket, but this is the primary issue now.
No car is going to be a headache.......
