Absolutely stupendous.

Britain certainly is good at pageantry.

Its amazing what I'm going to do in North Brackley with a flame thrower later, to all those oppsless, retarded, self centred oppswits setting off fireworks for over an hour.

When did history change and Guy Fawkes' plot was discovered on NYE?

oppswits.

Dislike fireworks with a vengeance, my thoughts on them changed completely after dealing with kids who had suffered horrendous burns from them when I was in the Ambulance Service, they serve no useful purpose whatsoever.

I went out back this morning and, in a fit of pique after last nights fireworks, dropped the bottles and cans into the recycling bin one by one, from as high as I could, making sure the two glass bottles hit other glass bottles for maximum effect. This was 7:15 by the way.
10 minutes of fireworks at midnight is quite acceptable to let the new year in. But the fûckers started at half eight and continued, sporadically, till about one o'clock.
