Any metal workers...lathe workers

I need a drift to fit new camshaft oil seals into my car.

(Vauxhall special tool KM-422)

Basically its a 3inch length of tube....inner diameter 41.5mm and outer diameter 47mm

Anyone willing to turn one up? As I cant find one and its probably priced along the lines of the crown jewels!!!!
