for those interested , bondo was glasurit 839-20..

although its a quick drying type , we experienced its necessary to wait at least 48 hrs .. and must say it may change depending on the climate..

and must be sanded dry if you dont want to wait extra period..

paint applied on wet bondo causes disaster after some time..

ps: probably most of you know, bondo must be used in minimal amounts and as thin as possible..

after epoxy coats and surface corrections are made,
here are the other stages we have passed..

bumper also cleaned from all paint


then for same color base epoxy applied


and sanded with 400-800 wet


and mirror covers

surface sanded with 400-800-1200 wet after epoxy dried (3-4 days)

now colored base coat applied (5 layers, will be sanded with 1200 again).. color tone is lighter than the original color code but thats necessary for the final color not to be darker.. (we added some white  color.. 400 grs to 2 kg original 632 code..)
