Spoke to my manager today, who is a lifetime engineer, who has had several V6 Omegas. He agreed with the consensus on here. One cylinder reading 150psi compare to 180 ish on the others shouldnt cause it to run rough.
Hopefully I just missed something when reassembling, and wont miss it this time.

If it's still misbehaving, is there any mileage in pulling the cam covers and checking the clearance between the cams and the lifters?

Don’t forget these do like to drain down if left any length of time?

Possibly. Im open to any ideas. Having said that it has stood for as long, or longer many times without issue.
I will have to try something though, cant just leave it as it is.  :y

I would suggest a vacuum test if you have a gauge, old school,...  but can reveal a surprising Amount 👍👍

Fuel is a few weeks old and the car was running fine on it until I replaced the cambelt.
Have checked for codes and there arent any.
Dont have a vacuum gauge, but will get one of need be.
Thanks for the suggestions, more will be welcome.  :y

Never done the job so not sure if this is relevant...

Do you have to move any bits of the loom or bend them out of the way? Just wondering if its broken a wire, given the age of the car... might be worth checking out  :-\

If I recall correctly there's a small harness that clips in to a narrow cable tray, and this cable tray sits across the front of the engine, over the cambelt cover. Where the cables exit the tray, I suppose they could get pinched by the cambelt cover.  :-\

A wiring issue should throw a code or four :-\

Not to say that it's not worth investigating though ;)

It is possible disturbing the old wiring could cause an issue. Will bear it in mind thanks.  :y

Did check all that first time around, but will check even more carefully when I reassemble it all again. Cheers.  :y
It may have even have been as simple as water ingress in an electrical connector, so will spray some wd40 around those too, before plugging them back in.
