i wonder if these sales are recorded, approved or screened.

I mean who would have uses for that? someone planning a big job  :( or some unscrupilous character that has to weatch their backs  :-/

You might argue that this would be a good car for a drug dealer, but then (no disrespect meant) Omega isn't exactly your typical pimpmobil, is it?  ;D

My local chemists delivery man uses an omega, and he sells drugs :P

They've been on sale there for the best part of a year. Still no takers, I wonder why?

1. Too expensive
2. Horrific fuel consumption lugging all that armour plate about.

Bet'ya he got orange and yellow flames painted across the bonnet, a fake supercharger air intake, and 565/10x26" tyres.....  ;D

Probably it was originally commissioned by some government agency to tranport VIPs... eventually someone will buy the car and export it, there are many places in the third world where it may come in handy if you're on a budget and can't have a Merc made to order - though as RHD it will not be hugely popular... maybe in ZA, but from what I hear, like the Aussies, they like their engines V10s with 8L capacity...  ;D
