If your car is an auto then it doesn't plug in anywhere. It is the gearbox breather. Comes from the top back of the g/box.

Have a look at the complete engine out photo in the how to breather guide http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1152598350

Are yours connected up the same way? maybe they have been incorrectly done at some previous time?

One of the small pipes goes to a metered connection on the engine breather box. The other small one goes to the solenoid valve for the charcoal cannister.

The two big ones join together and go to an unmetered connection on the breather box.

Do Not connect the auto gearbox breather to the vacuum system or you will suck transmission fluid out of the gearbox (with confusing symptoms of rough/rich running and auto box fluid loss)

Maybe this piece of info can be added to the How-To?

I did my breathers at the weekend and I will admit to a moment's panic along the lines of "where the F did this one come disconnected from?"!!! ;D ;D ;D

Luckily, before I tore too much hair out, I remembered reading about this gearbox breather pipe somewhere - so relaxed!
