Live and learn.Autobox speed discrepancies - usually gives a P0730 Incorrect Ratio - needs to be fixed immediately, due to the catastrophic wear it causes...

If its been slipping for that long, even if due to low fluid (though I though older merch had dipsticks?), I'd suggest that the clutches would have taken quite a hammering. And indicates a hydro-mechanical fault.
Thus I'd begin to suggest the box is shagged.
So either a rebuild, or a working one from a donor (and use the service kit on that) IMHO. Not sure its worth wasting that £300 kit on what is in there.

« on: 04 May 2024, 08:47:14 »I understand that there is a specific socket for the valve, but I used a 15mm 12 point socket. Make sure you support the 17mm nut on the ally pipe underneath it otherwise you'll shear the whole fitting off. (won't he JamieI declare the 5th amendment)

Costs vary wildly, so what works for me likely won't work for you.
As the Student says, start with the comparison sites, but also do a quickie check on those that don't appear on comprison sites as well, such as Direct Line.

Database server is getting tight on disk space, so just need to increase a bit. Should happen with no outage required, but shit can happen.

If you have std shocks, you definitely do NOT want springs for SL shocks.
