I've Decided my Omega is Going.....
« on: 02 March 2007, 19:16:01 »

...in the summer/ autumn this year.

Been mulling it over for a while....and then

Last night i was talking with my boss over a pint.

He has an intresting philosophy. That we should all be born rich and die poor.

That way we enjoy ourselves when we are young enough to remember it!

An example.

You see a young guy driving a Ferrari, or similar, and you think " lucky barsteward"

You see a mature guy driving a Ferrari, or similar, and thnk " mid life crisis"

You see an old gent driving a Ferrari, or similar, and think " bet you wish you had that 20 years ago"

Now this is not a pro Ferrari thread or in ANY way an ageist thread....just a way of thinking.

I am fortunate to be well paid and clean living and will easily be able to buy a higher performance car outright loan free if i put my mind to it over 6 months....

So Evo 6/7.... Subaru Impreza P1.....os Skyline R33 GTR.

Your only young once and i welcome comments or suggestions to other "performance cars"   :y

Oh and Monaro may be considored but will need to postpone the purchase to around Christmas for that!!!!

My Sassenach guess:

There are no pockets in shroud, i.e. you can't take it with you
