I guess it depends what you mean by southeast.
There is one being discussed for Hertfordshire.  There was one recently I think in East Anglia.   The Kentish people keep talking about one...   Reading is probably a bit far for you I guess.  

Ultimately its down to people to organise themselves :y

abs have a meet every 3rd wednesday of the month in witham if thats near you.

sounds like a reasonable venue - we can meet up with the chavs from my old area in there chav wagons;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

with regards to numbers you only need a few to make it a good meet. post a date and wait and see :y
