In A Stunning Reversal Of Fortune....
« on: 17 June 2023, 21:29:27 »

.... diesel is now cheaper than petrol at my local Tesco.

Petrol £1.469

Diesel £1.429

Not long ago petrol was 15p a litre cheaper than diesel and Lord Opti will be weeping as he fills up the Mexican supercar wishing he'd bought the soot chucker version!  :D

Diesel at our local ASDA is cheaper than that at £1.41.7. But petrol is only £1.38.7.

What other cars are built in Mexico?  ???

Do they still make the original VW Beetle there? A few Dodge Ram pickup trucks maybe?

In Mexican terms it's very much a super car!  :)

Its still £1.50 here in Brakkers, due to lack of competition, as the local BP seems to think its a motorway service station....

The way people drive around there, you can't blame them for reaching that conclusion :D

Besides, if you weren't banned from Tescos, you would have choice  >:D

Good job Sainos aint manned, makes it harder to get banned  ;D

But seriously, Tesco and Sainsbury's don't fight each other, and the only other is the stupid expensive BP (on the rare occasions they actually have fuel)
