Thanks Loo-knee!
« on: 04 March 2010, 19:25:04 »

Just a note to say thanks to Daz for all the help with sorting my new car.
The last thing to do was flush the rad and refill with anti freeze and replace the spare wheel with a proper alloy wheel.
This was done yesterday and I concider the car fully functional now.

It's a pleasure to drive.
As per usual I went to Daz's unit to pay him some money and left with a leather interior fitted and owing more money....... ho hum ( or that's what the missus said - or something like that :D)
I will get some pictures up when it's polished up. It will really look great and the dog loves having an estate boot to himself ;D.

Sounds a good 'un Si!

Sold my previous tractor today too.
It's staying here in The Valleys with a fellow OOFer, and we're both happy with the deal!

So that's two newly-acquired estates at the Welland Steam Rally and Newent in September then.

I hope it will be trouble free - never get a guarantee on these things, look at TB's woes!

Don't forget Welland. or should I just book on the normal website?

So does Mrs. Dad1uk like the leather seats then?

You will have to go park up, look at the stars or something like that  ;D ;D ;D

As much room in the back of an estate as a Range Rover ;D ::)

We're toooooo old for that Daz! she prefers a good meal and a cup of coffee"

As for the seats, she sat in it to adjust the seat, and said "Is this meant to come off?" she had the control lever in her hand... ffs! >:(
I haven't seen it in the daylight to see if it can be refitted.

Yes that's the set - all electric, heated, memory and puddle lights in the doors - great until the missus got her hands on it! :'(

only joking - I love her really, she paid for the seats!
