number 1 is that i have a lead from the radio coming into the glove box witha phono lead on the end ?? i think its for aux input but cannot get it to function . any ideas ??
number 2 is maybe related. in the passenger footwell sort of hanging down but tucked away is a crome 2 position switch which seems to have something to do with radio reception
any clues

Well happy new year from whoever drove past my car and ripped of my wing mirror !!!!!
Question ---- too re-build or replace.
Are the component parts available ?
If replace any ideas where from ?
Its dark green drivers side 2003 2.2CD

Is there a way to reset an ECU on a 2.2 petrol auto with LPG
People tell me running on LPG the ECU learns and can throw out the petrol settings.
Can I reset that to a un learnt state. ??
any thoughts

Update
So the story goes on .....the auto electrician has had a look and thinks that its the fuel pump relay.. Ones on order ..

The garage have an electrical man due in monday who will take a look but it would be great if you could have a look. I will be in touch next week.
Fuel pump and filter changed last week.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!
so its in the garage and now being told that its an ECU as no signal to the injectors. !!!
It starts but runs very lumpy on petrol all ok on LPG though

UPDATE
replaced fuel pump and filter now ticking over but sometimes dying and when trying to drive it feels like i am towing a elephant !!!
LPG still ok.
Could it be too much REDEX as I popped some in thinking it would help ??

Got a pump and filter and a willing mate.
Took cover off tank and checked again and we can definitely hear the pump so abandoned the job. Runs on gas but not petrol .. it just dies as if no fuel..
messing about and it started to run ok on petrol just left it idling on petrol nice and smooth and then it just switched back to really lumpy and stalled.
Help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! beginning to hate the miggie ( Love her really)

The AA man said that there is power to the pump but he could not hear it spinning

AA man metered the plug at the top of pump
