Euro parts are selling.....ocap......lower suspension arms for the omega,instead of £58 each....now £46 each....are they any good...as it is easier and quicker for me to pick them up today rather than wait for others to come from germany....opinions please ta much...

With so many prices listed on the internet for the omega lower wishbone arms and the pictures all look the same how do i choose which are best value for money,,,,,there is a german supplier stating that theirs have the oil filled bush as original supplied around £70 a pair....Euro parts on offer around £49 each .......and yet all the rest do not mention anything about oil filled.....What is the general opinion as there is a great deal of difference in the prices and therefore i would think in the quality..... $:-\$

Omega General Help / worn tyre

Just bought another omega.....doing an oil change yesterday i noticed the front drivers side tyre has worn badly on the inside edge....the passenger side is fine.....checked for play in steering joints but found none,so any ideas what would cause it to wear like that.....thanks

Omega General Help / variable windscreen wipers.

On my previous omega 2.2 cd year 2000 it had variable wipers on it......i now have a 2003 omega 2.2 cd and this one has not got variable wipers...so my question is can i fit them to this car and if so what will i need besides the different wiper stalk to do it...thanks $:-\$

Any help please.....my face lift Omega boot will not open by the switch inside the car......It will open by the remote fob....I have changed the switch but still the same outcome....any fuses to check

or any other ideas please...thanks...

Hi all..just purchsed another omega and .i have removed my window switch on my omega2.2 saloon on my drivers door and got a bit heavy handed with it and it sort of came apart..lol...It has gone back together and feels ok on the buttons but now i have no electric windows and the other switches on the other doors do not work either..to be honest not sure if they worked in the first place....my question is if the main drivers unit is broken will that stop the other switches working.......i believe that fuse number one is for the windows and have checked that and thats ok....is there a relay to check and if so where is it...or what else can it be....thanks

Advertised on flea bay a 2002 ..2.6 cdx omega at £865.....He states that smokes a bit sometimes on start up..and this is normal for the v6.....please can you say if this is the truth or not or just an excuse to get rid of a bad one....thanks

Hi lads.....i have a irmsher boot spoiler for pre face lift omega..up to 1999 taking to the tip tomorrow unless anybody wants it for free....its blue and can be painted....has scratches but in great condition.....so you can pick it up from me in bedforshire or arrange your own carrier...if no one wants it by tomorrow then to the tip it goes ..just p.m me and i will reply within an hour...cheers...

information please...can i use all the shock absorbers and springs from an 2001 m.v.6 and put them on my 2000...2.2......will it lower my car and if so by how much.....are there any differences with the shocks or springs and if so what are they thanks....

Hi lads..i am going to clean out the breathers and throttle body on my 2.2 miggy as per the instructions on here..I have brought the gaskets and my question is......the throttle body gasket...should i use any gasket gunge when putting it together or is it just gasket on its own...cheers

I had my car insurance quote come through for my omega 2.2.......fully comp £258......i phoned to pay and they asked me,any mods....yes i said you know of them....she then said oh yes....18inch OZ wheels...tinted windows...thats it......no i said i told you two years ago and last year that i had bought a stainless exhaust from the cat back at a cost of £350....she then denied that i had told them....check your tape recordings and you will see i did.....anyway it was going to increase my insurance by £239...to £497....no a cats chance in hell i told them,,.............then she said if you take it off and put an ordinary one back on then the cost would be back to £258...are they taking the pee or what...oh well all i can say is..Well done Churchill...i think i will buy a push bike..
