I think it's time to leave Orange!
« on: 28 October 2006, 20:05:43 »

I just tried to call my dad in the US from my Orange mobile and got a recording in Polish!  Tried a few more times with no success, now it says network busy.  I'll say!  That's because they're sending all the calls to Poland!

How's o2?

OK, been on hold for support for 20 mins now  >:(  Thieving bastewards!  First they charge me for calls to Poland, now they charge me to talk to support without even picking up the phone!  Ever wonder why you can't get an itemised list of charges on pay-as-you-go?

Got through to support after 30 mins.  Some piece of equipment down locally, supposed to be back up at midnight.  However, sheister story is that it takes 24 hrs for their billing to update so he couldn't strike off any charges for calls to Poland.  idiots!

I'm on T-mobile PAYG Theo, and I can go on line and see an itemised list of calls any time.

I should probably check if I can do that with Orange, but o2 has a monthly deal with no contract.  400 mins and 1K texts for 30 quid/mo.
