front, rear ?

top or bottom ?

the isolating rubber pads or what is more commonly called a spring assister - i.e. a separate helper spring inside the main one ?

The rubber assisters used in the rear road springs when towing   ;)

Try Towsure or similar, don't think there more than £10 - £15

you could get a smaller spring that fits inside the rear coil. I have them fitted but sorry I cant remember where I got them from

have got a spare set of them - £15 do you ? (+postage)
