Hi chaps.
I have a funny gearbox issue - when in drive it will not shift first gear - it will start from second. Otherwise works as it should. You can manually using lever switch to first and it will engage and work perfectly. Otherwise when driving shifts up and down gears smoothly - just never first gear.

MIL is on and I do have simple ELM327 OBD II code reader that has found 2 faults: MAF sensor ( indeed live reading says 0 at all times- i have ordered replacement) and p0700 that is described as TCM memory error.

I was wondering is there a way to use same cheap elm327 to read TCM errors.
