..I like this (Scottish) chap's take on the story. Language rather fruity, but I endorse his overall sentiments.

A well written and entertaining piece

Perhaps all the present fuss and of that to come would have been unnecessary had the legislation been better drafted in the first place.

The old scattergun approach again, yet another shambles from a shambolic administration.
