I have just got my gearbox back in I have taken it for a run every thing seems ok althought im not sure it has found top gear yet any idea what speed it should be doing at 2000rpm in top or 3000rpm i have a fault code 13 so one of the sensers isnt pluged in properly i was also wandering can you get the sensers the wrong way round would you know via a fault code.

Should change into top and lockup at about 45 (maybe less on a 2.5 due to diff ratio).

About 50-55 at 2k rpm, 75-80 at 3K rpm?

Thanks Kevin i will have to take it on a longer run its all 30 & 40mph limits round here and i would be real easy to get a ticket the 02 senser fault was as i thought i hadnt plug it in far enough. :y

can you test the 02 senser with multi meter as im getting an O2 fault code (13) i thought i had sorted it yesterday does the fault have to be cleard by removeing the neg terminal from the battery if so for how long.
