I have a small problem , I dont know what went wrong but I pluged in the interface on my car and then I smelt it burning . It was fine this morning when I reset the fault codes and all I wanted to do was to record some live data while driving . Long story short it looks like one of the diodes and a capacitor burnt out . Could anyone please tell me what the values are on the capacitor please , the diode looks like SS14 but I cant read the capacitor value .

Thank You

Hi

I have been lucky enough to meet someone that has a Z32SE for sale  ;D . Now i was wondering since i dont have the loom and ecu for that motor and it also uses a drive by wire throttle can i use my motronic 2.8.1 on it with my vectra b intake ? . I got a new ecu and everything is working 100% on the 2.5 just need to make sure my multiram valves are connected to the right plugs because i think the top one closes at high speed and the bottom one opens , but if i can fit that 3.2 i think it will be even more fun to drive  :) . Im getting 41.5 mpg  :o so mutch better than my old 4 pot  :y

Thank You

thanks for the replys , yea its for the 4 pot i cant source one here for the v6 so i need to make a circuit to sort it out.

Yeh, divide by 1.5 is not to easy.

Possibly a 4046 cmos part with x4 output and a bit of logic to divide it back down by 6 would do the job.

[smiley=shocked.gif]  does anyone have a digram of the circuit , im not so good at the stuff  , but atleast i have a partnumber now ;D
