Climate control backlight bulb
« on: 07 January 2007, 19:42:45 »

On my Omega it has the 'Climate control' set up rather than the traditional Aircon system.

It works fine but one of the bulbs has blown behind the directional control one.

I'm told this is quite common.

Its really annoying at night time, is it easy to fix? I'm guessing a bulb wouldnt be much to buy but how do I access the back of it to fit it?

Change all 5 bulbs so you don't have to do it all again next month...

but today, it came back on....

Could well be poor connection - they are twist and turn type bulbs and rely on it making a good contact with the pcb
