Well, if we're telling story's on how to stop, IMO, ya gota hate it. Really hate it. Like its trying to kill you, steal your money, and all that stuff(preaching doesn't help btw ;D ) but you see what I mean, what ever technique you have to use, but at the end of the day it really is a case of despisiing it, for all your worth.

Ime it's much easier then, relatively speaking of course. :)

I went to my GP, last year, to try to stop.....free patches so thought id give it a go....

Unfortunately they gave me the wrong advice and told me to leave the patches on 24/7. First week went fine.....then i couldnt sleep at night.....after 3 nights of not sleeping i took the patch off and started smoking again....best night of sleep that night!

Must have another go.......sometime  ::)

Trouble is i enjoy a ciggie  ::)
