As above need to do bottom copper seal so need a puller to fit top of injector

Above car is going for parts, the engine is good and has only done about 55K as a new Vauxhall engine was fitted, will get correct mileage later, i will say £250 for engine or am open to offers as i am on all parts but i have to put a price up to start with. The car is CD spec and has leather seats, it is star silver but will get code later 247 i think. PM me any requests. will list anymore good parts later with the price

Omega General Help / Injector removel on 2.2dti

Ok, over the past two days I have spent 12 hours trying to remove
the injectors on my 2.2dti CDX, I have the locking kit for the diesel, removed camshaft and cross over part but injector will not come out, is there a Vauxhall tool to do this or a tool I can buy that will fit to pull them out. Engine is now running again but. Could not replace copper seal as could not remove injectors

Does the fuel(diesel) pump on the 2.2dti omega need talking to Tech2 if you use one off another Omega or is it jusy timing set up. Thanks all

That's the last time i buy a new power sounder. March 2011 new power sounder fitted £70 from dealer, last night 28 Aug 12 went off twice, this morning is now in a bucket of water in the garage, and i will not be fitting another one.

My brother has a 2.2dti Elite estate and when the engine has warmed up and he stops at the lights or when engine revs go down to idle the EML comes on, when he pulls away and revs go up the EML goes out. could this be the EGR Vv only it is not given any codes ?

I have taken the Elite off the road for a few mths as i need to do a few small jobs on her and will use the bike in all this good weather we are having wife can use the astra for work.
1.HBV (started leaking last week)
2.Auto gearbox oil change(she has done 70K now)
3.Check all brakes and flush
4.O/S rocker cover may need doing to
just hope we get some good sunny days over the next 4-8 weeks.Insurance was due last week and tax and the end of July so she can be sorn for a few and back on the road when i take the bike off for winter. It will give me a few things to do for a time.
