Devon trip.
« on: 24 September 2010, 20:40:23 »

Just got back from a 4 day break in north Devon. Well chuffed with mpg on the trip. Motorways there and back ( isn`t cruise control a wonderful thing ) plus four days of up hill and down dale round country lanes, and averaged 29.8 mpg over 656 miles. Not bad for a 2.5 V6 estate.  :)  :y

Quite good, how many miles did you do round the lanes? I managed 32.4 mpg IIRC on a 310 mile trip in a 3.0 litre auto sat at 80 with cruise on!
