I am usually to be found with a >:( expression, writing strongly worded letters announcing my boycott of one company or another, based on their utter incompetence (latest one, DPD, but that's by the by).
I am therefore quite happy to say I've had a good experience with Karcher supplying replacement parts for a pressure washer well out of the usual warranty, based on nothing more than a polite email, no need to get on my soapbox! I don't for a moment think I'm of any great influence of OOfers purchases, but hell, I'm putting it out there.

A few years back my Karcher pressure washer failed to build up pressure so I stripped it down and found a broken plastic valve. It was well out of warranty by a long way so I contacted Karcher via email and received an email back with an exploded view and part numbers and asking me which part was faulty. They sent me a new part out, which cost peanuts, and I couldn't fault their service. Overall very pleased with their quick response and helpfulness. :y

Just as companies offering poor services deserve to be "named and shamed" those that offer good services deserve to be "named and praised".In that way hopefully the good ones will thrive and prosper while the poor ones will disappear........well hopefully anyway :y
