HI JUST GOT THIS 30LTR ELITE R REG AND THE RADIO WORKS FINE,  THE CD WORKS BUT KEEPS BEEPING WHILE PLAYING MUSIC ANYONE HAVE A CLUE

Omega General Help / 30 ltr engine

hi i have a 30ltr omega that i was told by the garage that the head gasket had gone ,and another mechanic who has said its not so just to check there is mayo in the filer cap but none on the dipstick it uses a bottle of water every few days ,the car runs sound with no power loss no overheating they are a few drips of oil on the floor after the car is stood but otherwise oka .i am just wondering if i can save the engine or are these signs that it has gone .

Hi  i have an 30ltr elite 1998 r-reg for sale the big thing is the head is starting to go it still drives oka but uses water i am looking for around £400 for it as you may think thats alot but the car is in good condition,before this happend
brakes just done cambelt done
speedo 147000
cloth interior,sat,nav,cd,player
all the elite factory fitted things
mot-nov-taxed-may-

If i have to i will break it it has good doors alround,bonnet,ect
good set of alloys tyres cloth interior,good autobox

i have a garage if anyone needed to transfer parts over or  to do any work ii am based in middlesbrough

hi  all hope you have had a good xmas

Just thought i would ask if they are many members northeast,the reason why i ask is that i would like to arrange a meet every month at a pub ,big enough to park a few omega,s in lol and discuss ways on making some money for charities eg sponserd rally york-carlise.omega rally.I have a few good contacts photographer,films,and events manager that may help

ill leave it up to you if its a good idea  :-?
