Firstly, it is worth complaining bitterly to the AA for their mechanic's use of Quickstart - it has great potential to damage your engine - NEVER use it!
As for your starting problem - crankshaft sensor?

Ron.

Yep. :y

Many years ago we bet a pissed up friend to do a streak around  a crowded shopping centre. We had his clothes and told him that we'd be waiting for him in the van some 200 yards away.

Of course, we couldn't resist leaving him there stark boll*ck naked just for the crack. ;D ;D ;D

How we laughed that day. ;D ;D

This morning I've dug thirty tons/tonnes of coal with my bare hands. Later this evening I shall have a stale crust for my supper.  :-\ ;) :)

Sheesh .....that's also £15,000 for 'Robber' Budden to potentially trouser.

So which of them was the complement "heathen" or "godless sinner". ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D

I believe that the word 'unrepentant' was used more than once.  :)
Twice or thrice divorced, she's not wrong ;D
