Do the front wings just bolt on/off like the few bolts on the top that i can see then maybe a few underneath $:-\$ and does the bumper have to come off

Yes yes and yes.

And the wheel arch liner, then you get to the bolt by the side indicators with a long extension or 2.

The rest is fairly obvious iirc.

Found a pic , so i outlined where all the bolts mite be . Looks like just 7 of them

I wasnt sure if they were welded at the bottom .

No need, bolts are accessed with liner removed
