Yes that really is 6.9 mpg

Didn't take much to top it up though...

Having been halfway round the M25 and back, this was a welcome site heading home...

Was actually quite a good day from an experience point of view. All the short, sharp showers on sunbaked roads have made them really greasy which gave the ESP a good work out...

Fixed

They have an older Axor on the fleet, which is known locally as 'The Skip'

but is at least a manual... given they way they rust, you're not wrong about recycled the U boat though

Personally prefer driving this...

520 Bhp, and I-shift, which is basically an automatic that knows what you're thinking. But being an agency driver, it doesn't happen very often

Without a trailer the power to weight ratio jumps from 10-14 bhp/t to 85-95 bhp/t, with torque to match

They can get quite tail happy with no weight over the rear axle, which is, erm, interesting when you're sat seven feet off the ground $:-\$

Given how close the following truck was and that it didn't brake at any point, along with the fact that it appears to 'settle down' only to suddenly get markedly worse.. I suspect it was being done deliberately..
