Winscreen washers and headlight washers not working
« on: 19 April 2016, 19:46:46 »

I have had a little look in to this. When I pull the wiper stalk I can hear them whiring away but no water. I've cleaned the pump filter the best I can and flushed the old water out and refilled but still no joy.

Am I missing something?

There are two pumps, one for screen other for lights. You are testing headlight washers with lights turned on aren't you?Try a length of pipe on pump outlet and see if you get a "wash"out of them.If so then it's a matter of following pipework from pumps to nozzles checking all are connected with no kinks/splits/holes.Of course jets could be blocked, but it'd be a very long shot for them all to be blocked at the same time.
