I have salt on just about everything, and 2 1/2 spoons of sugar in my coffee, and loads of cakes and biscuits, and unhealthy cereal for my breakfast. Been nice knowing you all
The government has been removing salt from all food for a while now , they did it slowly ,so most people did not notice .
I put salt on most tinned ,processes foods , food I cook from scratch i add salt ,as per pretty much every recipe .
salt is needed or food tastes bland , all you "healthy people" who avoid salt like it's some Russian nerve toxin , try some salt on your food , go on, treat yourself , you'll still be alive tomorrow
I have sweetener in coffee , drink low cal pop ,soda water with a dash of black currant in pubs ,but the "sugar tax " will still hit me in the pocket because supermarkets are bound to put up prices on no sugar pop because of increased demand
