Who is planning on doing car work at Keswick
« on: 05 June 2007, 15:49:39 »

Quick show of hands would be good....so i know if i need to secure some space in the MV6 for some chosen tools of choice...

Obviously if no one plans car work then i wont bring any tools....

Would also lighten the load if we all brought a few and also made sure we didnt bring the same stuff  ;)

I'm looking to sort out my vacuum tank and front multiram actuator prob (cheers for the parts, Timbuck   :y  ) and possibly a check of the breathers, just to be sure they are as clear as a clear thing....

Also got a pair of new Irmscher rear springs to fit as well but like others, not so sure if she would be too happy at me hiding under the car most of Saturday....   :-/

No hard jobs to do then, was going to bring my tool set (jack, box, axle stands etc), biggest job so far is rear springs and thats only just over an hours work.

I probably have more space as there is only me and I have bagged a corner of 'The Boys' Mansion tent to sleep in!

I need to sort AA's rear door (I have the ashray from Mr McB)

I think Tunnie wants to change a Senny zorst over.  I'm sending Mrs TheBoy out for a few hours (she wants to look around some needlecraft shops and Lakeland's place), so I am OK to assist anyone.

Nothing needs doing on the MV6 (and the diesel won't make it!), unless someone is brave enough to assist with autobox fluid ::)

If anyone wants a really challenging job - my brake fluid could do with a change and handbrake adjusted correctly.  I'll bring trolley jack and stands as I'm the nearest if it helps anyone. ;)
