2.5TD Aux belt

Any advice on changing the drive belt on my '99 2.5td? Looks to be easier if I lift the rad out :-/.

There's no need to lift the rad out. Undo the viscous coupling (lefthand thread) and remove the cowl from the around the rad then there should be plenty of access  :y

That being the fan coupling, correct?

Yep as Pete said, I watched him do it ::) and be careful you get the correct belt to replace it. The dealers seem to differ on what size it needs.
