Electric rear windows

How hard is it to convert my rear windows to electric from manual and what parts would i need for the conversion ?

Are the motors and mechanisms from a Pre-Facelift the same as the ones on a Facelift ?

And is all the wiring already in the main loom ready to plug the door looms into etc ?
