MID BLINKING WITH WARNING SIGNAL

I noticed that, when I turned the warning signal during the temporary park, the info display was also blinking with the lamps. It was not just on and off actually but, winking at me...Is it a battery problem? So, when engine running, seems no problem with that. As far as I check the fuses, I saw nothing wrong at first glance.
Any idea will be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance...
