i did a run from kettering to ormesby nr gt yarmouth last weekend and averaged 29.9 mpg ad that wasnt taking it easy and also using kick down a fair bit for overtkaking  ;D

The engine is the 2.6
Had a stainless system fitted with a 3" out and that is black inside from excessive fuel
Don't know the mpg - scared to find out.
I used to have a 3litre elite which on a run was getting 35+ but even with good sensible driving this can't reach that.

Don't all Omegas have a trip computer? :-\ :-\

I'ts alwats best to leave it set on outside temperature anyway  :)
