Here in Spain it is hard to find anyone that thinks Brexit is a good idea.  .....

I wonder why ....  ::)
Because when we go the rest will have to pay more.

I had AA about four years ago, then they just quoted a stupid renewal figure. i inquired why the hike but didn,t get a satisfactory reply and they also refused to lower the quote to a reasonable amount, so i moved on. Now i get e-mails offering competitive quotes. ;D

The problem for people with "traditional" views are now forced to accept those with ,shall i say, alternative life styles in their lives and businesses. The case of the owners of a B&B who refused a same sex couple and a small bakery the refused to accept an order for a same sex "wedding". Both were prosecuted, but their beliefs were ignored and their right to freedom of choice and speech was taken away. When will the moral majority be heard? Never now as things stand. >:(

So you think that anyone who runs a commercial operation has the right to hang a notice up stating:

No Gays
No Blacks
No Dogs
No Irish

or refuse to provide their advertised services to those individuals, in three out of four cases, fellow human beings born as equals in the eyes of God, in this day and age, not the 1950s and 1960s?? :o :o
NO Lizzie, i didn,t say that at all. The point i made is simply that folk with traditional views are being branded as bigots for their beliefs.

is being phased out early next year. Shame, i like to run through the news and sport early mornings. Also found it handy checking travel before starting a journey. Just another cost cutting exercise to pay their over inflated, so called stars. ::)

I'm going to see nurse Dracula in half an hour, then we can have our annual 'discussion' about statins.
Had a very intense conversation with a very pretty junior doctor, (female) :D when i was at Papworth for my second, and successful, ablation. The subject was statins. She was banging on about how wonderful they were, to which i replied, how do you know, you,re only about 25? Now, some years later my cholesterol is lower than when i was taking the stuff. Haven,t got the aches and pains in the joints either. :y

I met a keen cyclist last week, who tells me that regular keep fit cycling has removed his requirement for insulin! Not sure how that works, and as you are probably more likely to get killed being knocked off a bike than by diabetes while on insulin, it is not perhaps the safest option.
Good luck with all the tests Ron. :y
Can,t see Ron wearing Lycra to be honest Shack. ;D Joking aside, Hope things work out ok for you Ron lad. :y SWMBO is in a similar position to you with multiple health issues and it,s a constant round of doctor/hospital visits.
