Cleaned the inside of the Range Rover after a few days away, it was very mucky , lots of walking done & of course muddy boots in & out.

Bini all back together. Polybushes went in a damn site easier than the old one came out. Replaced the bushes, inner and outer ball joints, ARB bushes and drop links as it seemed like a good idea.

Exhaust replaced as well, certainly goes alot better with that done 8) Need to tweak the rear hangers to get the tip centred in its hole and the front end needs realigning as the geometry feels off..

Retest booked for Monday, and I can get around to the minor advisories in due course.

Good effort!  8)  Well done!  :y
Ta :y

Now passed with just the minor advisories left. And I have a plan for those in due course.

Drove the RRS over to the farm to pick the caravan up again , going to have a few days in Sussex seeing relatives before going over to Spain for a couple of weeks .

Been a busy day, but found time to rub down and treat the surface rust on the n/s/r arch on the Omega.
Hopefully do the other side tomorrow, then repaint when the weather allows.

Driving back from school drop off today and the galaxy decided to seize a front caliper.

As we have a whole family trip to Heathrow on Tuesday it needed a fix. Co new caliper obtained and fitted, thanks to FIL doing the running around.  :y

Thankfully an easy job as despite the caliper looking flakier than a $10 hooker, the flexi hose undid easily. Less than an hour wheels off to wheels on and £60 spent. Could be a lot worse. Disc and pads seem ok despite getting a good bit of heat in them

Had to get the Monaro recovered home
Got to just outside of Dunmow and check engine alarm screeming at me
Looked straight at the oil pressure gauge, zero pressure
Bastid AA have not updated there system and said I have no road tax so charged me £177 to get the car home
I know have to round hoops to prove it is taxed to get my money back when their system is faulty, there words as well
Now to find out why I have no oil pressure
Still have oil to the full mark, new uprated oil pump fitted when the new can was installed
Hope it may be the sender unit as turning ignition on, the gauge goes straight to the top

Sure, changed expansion tank for daughter's Astra J, had a minor leak e.g. 4dl/year. Found it after having pumped 20 Psi to the system.

Finished remanufacturing (cobbling together) the spare wheel well on the project the other day.

Just two inner sill sections, a couple of holes in the floorpan, and say 20 or 30 other bits to attend to now...
