No idea what Mum pays, but its irrelevant, she needs a car, so she has to suck it up.  When the day comes she can't drive safely*, she needs to move less rural.


*She has always had more points and patronisation courses than me.  Like me, she doesn't believe in the more stupid of the limits....   ::)
