Hi,

Anyone know if the 3.0i Elite has a LSD on it ? Or do you know where i can get one ????

I think its only the MV6 that had them but not all of them and your more than likely to find one on an ex police one. Im sure the Omega Oracle  :D will be along soon to put me straight and to give you a comprehensive answer :y

3.0 Elite did not come with LSD.

Only on manual MV6 and ex-plod cars.

The LSD's on Omegas was only an option to the Police the Joe public were not offered this luxury, IIRC >:(

all cop cars have them .. manual ones that is.. as for auto cop cars not sure......

But def all cop cars had them right from 1995 when the cop car was in fact an Elite not MV6 .... so yes elites CAN have them... but im talking Cop car elites only.....

they were a factory option on all Mv6 manuals as well as V6 estates 3.0 or 2.5.. But very rare!!!!!!!! as no body really wanted to pay the extra for LSD as in joe public eyes why need one when they have traction control....... and know doubt knowing vauxhall would have to pay £millions for one anyway...... i know you can buy a NEW one off the shelf so to speak for £2480+VAT ha ha ha i know but if you really want 1!!

talking of which i have 3!!! :P :-[

I know Barton a member off here sold on on Ebay a couple of weeks ago. He had it reconditioned at big £££ and it only fetched about £60. I was considering a punt myself but I couldn't think up a good enough lie to tell the wife what this big lump of metal was so I gave it a miss :(

i know it was me that bid to £40 then thought il have that !!!!! but went to work forgot all about it and when i looked to see it went for £60 odd quid was proper gutted... someone got a bargin!!!!! :'( :(
