headlight adjustment

ive just out new projector lights in and the need adjusting as they are very wonky!but ive tried using the adjusters on the front of the lights but they dont seem to work the white plastic part spins but thats all is there another way of doing it?thanks all ::)

no, thats it.  Needs a lot of turns to do anything, precisely why the dear Lord invented leccy screwdrivers  :-X

How do know if it's broke is there a telltail sign apart from light not moving!

Stick your hand behind the light grab hold where the headlight bulb is see if you can push the reflector back and forth. If yes, adjuster is busted
