3 button fobs are easy to repair, though the replacement rubbers from Ching Chong Chinaland can be a bit hard, if yours is in a bad way.
Switches are large enough surface mount that they can be done with a standard iron with a fine tip.
Battery holder - if this has come away, my standard repair method is to remove it completely, and repair the broken leg by soldering a piece off the end of a resistor etc to what's left to make a new leg. Solder this back to the board, and I usually add a bit of glue between the battery holder and the PCB to give it more mechanical strength.
Top case rubbers, if they are trashed, no option but to replace the top half of the case.
