That would almost make the ten hours for a 1.0l Ecoboom timing belt look like good value. Almost :-\

There's a slight 'squeak', but it's definitely there. Sounds, to me, like a static pulley in need of lubrication.

did you pack it with grease ? as per the guide  :D

I don't know if that's an illusion from dirt on it, but it's a valid starting point...

That's an illusion caused by my fingers wiping half the dust of that pulley.

Well, drive it as normal and, if something seizes, you'll have identified the culprit.
