That's coming along nicely :y.  And good to here that local members were able to help you out.

I reckon those little lip spoilers make all the different to the arses of facelifts :)

Are you considering converting to manual? I reckon the auto isn't well suited to the TD engine.

Aye, can't say fairer than that :).

I had a MFL TD Elite saloon, and the gearbox (AR35, due to chipped, but ratios the same) used to frustrate me daily.  Economy was also below expected, esp around town

UPDATE
Right Guys,

Dave (dejbear) popped in to work today to deliver my replacement alloys for the TD, After removing the Racing slick Dunlops and a Runway  :o

They had a good Clean up and i decided they needed some good rubber(with tread ::) ;D :D ;)), luckily i had some Michelin Pilot Sport 3's which i had in the shed, anyways, tyres Fitted, balanced and put on the car and here she is  :y :)

Currently working on customising an Irmscher Backbox for it so no more droopy crust tail pipe :y
Hopefully De-Badge the doors Monday as well as replace the Broken glovebox and Centre Console Lid

as you can see the battle scar on the Front Bumper is looking more visable now things are starting to look good, so im up to See RobG next month to get various bits and bobs and an Omega thats breaking(not on OOF) which has got a bumper plus a few other bits, so hopefully will start looking like something to be proud of soon , Luckily my time scale on the TD Project is quite Big so plenty of time to get everything right before it hits the road for the first time :) ;) :y
