The £17.95 one is still £0.002 cheaper per ml.

Coincidentally, that is about the value per ml of Hammerite ;D

Aldi regularily have 1 lt tins of Metal Paint in white, black, grey or green.
This is the same as and as good as Hammerite and less than half the prices mentioned.
I've used it for years and can vouch for it's effectivness when either brushed, rolled or sprayed.
It appears about four times a year in their stores and I usually have a couple of each colour for vehicles and garden.
Worth watching for .

Lidl do similar to the Aldi offering too also a 1 Liter tin  ;)
they also sell aerosol cans of primer, metal protection paint (like Hammerite spray ) ,lacquer, zink/galv etc  etc  about £3 a tin
i stock up when it's in store and use it on the fleet at pre MOT check

I recently purchased a £8 set of chrome vanadium sockets which are 6 point and include 3 extensions  :)
Aldi recently sold a 1/2" torque wrench £17 clicky
obviously i picked these items up while shopping for the oldies/shielding members of the family

Slightly off topic, but Poundland sell £1 rattle cans of paint in their "Auto Extreme " range
The "Black Matt" is quite a nice satin black  :) not a huge amount of paint @ 250 ml
Ideal for small jobs, one can was enough  to do the wiper arms on my winter project.
Check the expiry dates on the bottom of the can, the 5 cans I bought are dated 7 /2022
