Thing is, if a 70/80/90 year old man is in bed with a young woman, does it not make him feel bad and a bit creepy to know that she is probably feeling sick to her stomach at being there, but is willing to sell her dignity for his money / power/ influence ?
The biggest part of the thrill is in the chase (as far as I remember from all those years ago  ) and someone in his position lost that a long time ago.
Ive read stories where he would take rich / famous buddies to the mansion and tell them to take a look around at the girls, who were there like livestock in a cattle market, and pick out whichever one they wanted for the night.
I'm not remotely prudish, far from it, but that makes my skin crawl a little bit.

Looks very upfront and honest compared to the allegations about Trump models, which I'm sure are being thoroughly looked into by the FBI special investigator Robert Mueller and his world class team of detectives.
