The thought had crossed my mind ;D ;D ;D

I'm still weighing up the options and considering keeping this one... At the end of the day I know it's history and I know it's all up together :-/ :-/

But... Josh is on the look out and has high hopes of getting what, I think, sounds like a perfect replacement :y :y

Worthy Estate is the correct phrase... I'm not going to buy a bucket of nails in worse condition than the saloon I'm driving now ;) ;) ;)
