vec b subframe bush

Vectra failed mot on front subframe bush the other day,and attempted to change it today.Well i got most of it out,but the metal ring is still left in there,so how the hell do i get it out,or is this a garage job. :-/

Hacksaw blade? ie carefully saw through & then collapse it in the wishbone  :-/ :-/

wouldent it be hardened steel though andy.
