I don't pay any breakdown, I used to for the 2 of us, but never used them so stopped, saved a few hundred pounds over the last few years.

The Honda has cover anyway, renewed, by Honda, each time I use Main dealer for Service..... :y

The Mig, if it breaks down, I pay, cost me £60 for a Sunday Tea Time recovery to home, so I can live with that.......... :y :y

...I had an email over the weekend, the line rental is going up £1 per month. This means the early exit clause is active.

I have just phoned them and after a 10 minute wait, they just didn't seem to care. They confirmed 30 days for me to move away, NOT the 14 days the email suggests TUT TUT BT.

I wasn't 100% sure it was a genuine email, get a lot of dodgy emails purporting to be from BT, as I was not named in it. As it did not ask for any details, and having seen this on here I am guessing it was genuine............ :)

You need those pictures up on the Mercedes Forum, and anywhere else you can really, after all, who wants to buy a car that has towed and been a Taxi................ ;) ;)

Ok. Basically considering retaining as much of the front and rear structure as is practical for use as repair assemblies ;)

Yep, see no reason why not, once it is scrapped........... :y ;) ;)

When I scrapped our Red estate I did it wrong, but no problem, the guy took it and I crossed out the pages in the log book, wrote scrapped on each page and sent it to the DVLA, I got a confirmation letter that it had been scrapped............ :y

A deposit of £150 has been paid so I can safely assume that the new owner of my MV6 is not a typical Ebay time waster.  :y

Nice one, get him onto the forum............. :D :y

I'm pretty sure he is not an avid OOFer. :y

Yet.............. ;) ;) :y

If he is that fussy why has the CD not been sorted ? Nice mileage  but £2000 I would think £1500 tops.

No, £2899........... :-X

Now days every one wants something for nothing, tell them all to stick their bids where the sun don't shine and keep the car, looks like you've spent a fair amount of time and money keeping the car fettled. :y

I can't let her go for £690
A risk you take if you don't set a reserve even if it cost a bit more if it where me I would pull it before the 12 hours and relist as a classified

Now £720. You didn't put a reserve on it, a silly move I feel, so do you not have to sell it at the end of the auction, as there are bids on it?......... :-\ :-\

If it were me I would end the auction and relist as a classified cost less and no fee's when it sell's

Don't be telling him that, it is mine mine mine................. ;) ;) :y

Did you get it Mr Vamps

Too early in the day for him... Don't call him Vamps for nothing  ;) ;D
[/highlight]

 ;D ;D :y

No, not me, seems new blood jumped in and bid a further £20 at the last minute, as said it would be nice to think it was an oofer, but I would have thought they would have posted by now........... :-\ :-\
