Seen a few posts through car forums that people are getting certificates of conformity from the manufacturer for the ULEZ thing, I don't really get what they mean though, as is the ULEZ not saying your car has to meet euro 6, or is it euro 4 emissions levels for petrol, which is what they test at MOT, so what difference is a certificate of conformity going to make?...
I did write to Vauxhall in 2021 when the ULEZ first came in:
"Thank you for your email to Vauxhall customer care dated 18th January 2021 regarding your Vauxhall Omega NOx emissions.
We recommend that you contact our homologation department via the email below, and they should be able to help you with this inquiry.
regdata@vauxhall.co.uk.
Please attach to your email a scanned copy of your logbook clearly showing the full VIN and keeper details including postal address.
Please find your service request number N°: 32099803.
